Crack Repair Paste

D833 CRACK REPAIR PASTE is an easy to use crack filling/sealing material based on acrylic polymer modified fillers.

Uses:

 D833 Crack Repair Paste  Is suitable for any crack filling upto 6 mm width and also for sealing joint. It is equallysuitable for sealing joints of all types of sanitaryware, especially in the collar type of sanitary fitting. In joints of cast iron, asbestos cement, stoneware, ceramic, clay storm water drain and down-take pipes. It is most useful in sealing / filling cracks of masonry / concrete surfaces.

Application Method:

Surface preparation: Surface should be clean and free from all dirts, dusts, loosely adhering particles, oils & grease. Any minor cracks should be raked out to a width of 1mm. Any POP or putty should be removed to expose the plaster surface.

 

Application: The Durasilfil paste should be applied into the crack/groove with a spatula/putty blade and level the surface. Any cavities or air bubbles shall be avoided during application. Leave it to dry for 4-5 hours before applying top coats/paint.

Cleaning: The tools and hands can be cleaned with soap and water.

Dosage:

 30-35 Running metres per kg for 5 mm thickness and depth.

Shelf Life:

6 months in unopened pack.

Health & Safety:

Non-flammable, Non-hazardous. However care should be exercised while using the product. Avoid contact with eyes, skin and ingestion. In case of contact with eyes and skin, wash with copious amount of water.
